Comcast Sucks.
I've been experimenting with Comcast recently.
I'm not impressed. I knew we had online storage and figured I'd look into it.
Well after being told by online help that they wouldn't help me, I called and got a great tech-online phone guy. He was great and got us all set up right away. Very good.
Logged on and looking into where and how to store stuff.
Guess what? It's useless. I have a whopping 25 megs for storage. And I have to log on and use a password to access it. I can't just link it, the way I understand it. And when I do store on it, it's not viewable. I have to download or something from the site, it's like some kind of internet knick-knack shelf. What a load of crap. Any of ya'll seen those Comcast commercials? I want more from the internet? Crud like that? I want more STORAGE SPACE. Especially concidering what we pay.
It's such a rip, I'd have really been pissed if I'd known this months ago.
So much for hosting my own videos, unless I figure a way to compress them or something. Oh well, life goes on.
